Hello, thank you so much for sharing this video. Thank you for some hope with upper cervical adjustments. I have heard success with TN with this. That's why I'm getting interested because I've have trigeminal neuralgia and I've experienced horrific being. My doctor is trying me on the 4th different anti-seizure medication and I'm still getting no relief. I get sharp pains up my head for my teeth, I feel piercing stabbing in my ear, my nose always hurts, my face hurts, around my eyes hurts. This pain is just getting to me I'm in constant pain. I have atypical trigeminal neuralgia which is the constant pain along with sometimes sharp pain up my head. The anti-seizure medication helps with a sharp pain but not as much with the constant pain. It's so hard because I have family and kids and most of the time I'm just in my room and pain. I was wondering if I would be a good candidate for this adjustments with borderline Chiari malformation 3 mm? I hope to your back because I'm really interested in this adjustment because I need to try something for relief because this is too much

Hello, First off both my Wife and my Brother-In-Law (Wife's brother) have been diagnosed with TN. My Brother-in-law well over 25 years ago, he has had 2 surgeries and now days the pain is worse than ever. My Wife began having firings as they call them around 5 months ago as well, same side of the face as her brother, hers was completely silent for nearly 6 weeks about a month ago, she just this week started taking medication which so far isn't helping, she also has a pinched nerve in her lower back which she just this week went to a Chiropractor for help with, a couple of days later she had such a bad episode of TN that she had to leave work and come home, I'm wondering if what her Chiropractor did for her lower back somehow made a mis-aligned upper area worse? We live in Florida on the east coast and travel to Charlotte isn't a problem. Thank You Sir!

I believe it is rare to get relief with radiofrequency ablation for TN. You need to find an Upper Cervical doctor near you. I do not know if there are any in India. I wish I knew of another way Fatima. The problem is one of the top bones in your neck is likely misaligned. There is no way to know which one and how it is misaligned without x-rays. Then it takes someone trained in correcting the misalignment to realign it. I am sorry I do not know of another way to help you.

You need 3 x-rays, one of each angle to determine how the first two bones in your neck are aligned. It us usually one of the top two, the Atlas or Axis bones that misalign and cause TN. Good luck to you Fatima! I hope you find relief.

My situation got worse, meds weren't working, so I ended up having microvascular decompression surgery in 2021. The trigeminal nerve was bumping up against an artery. calderon2091 yes. The trigeminal nerve has three branches, across the chin, the cheek/eye and the forehead. Any combination of those can be affected.

The Upper Cervical Spine Center does this nerve also get inflamed? I get a lump right where the “head” of the nerve is. Above/around the ear, it feels tight and I feel a lot of pressure.
