Mine is a rare cast that affects the left side of my brain, close to the top of my head. It is affecting my vision in my left eye as well as the pain/. That can not be described. I'm having my worse episode ever right now. I need some relief. I understand when people with this condition want to die. It hurts that bad. I have been having such thoughts myself. Went to Hospital last night, and they gave some new med.s I just took it. Hoping for some relief. It has made me so exhausted that I can barely sit up here t my desk. I'm going back to bed. I can't take this any more.

Hello, I'm from pakistan and facing TN from last two years. I feel shocking pain on my right side of face, lips, can't speak freely, and now even blow right side throat. All I can tell you is to try to find an Upper Cervical chiropractor. That is the only way I know to get relief for TN.

I have been diagnosed with atypical trigemenal neuralgia and classic TN..It has ruined my life im on my 4th anti-seizure medication to see if it works. Started a few days ago. No relief yet. Im in constant pain. I feel like im going to have a breakdown. I feel pain that goes from my teeth up my head, ice picks in my ears, pain around my eyes,nose and face. I have experienced pain in my life but nothing like this. I rarely have breaks.. I haven't tried upper cervical adjustments but have heard of some success. I have bordeline 3mm chiari malformation and wondered if i can still get this adjustment??
