Cheers mate - tried pressing outside by the gravel makes it super unstable underfoot so if we had a better surface for sure.

great session toby my friend pretty decent gearz to ask mate which sleeves find best for use the 7mm or the triple ply sleeves??

@@TobyLifely AGREED my friend triple ply gives more compression add pbs to your weight but cannot be wear all sessions as for the 9mm & 7mm they can be wear through out your training as they are bit smooth slightly lesser compression cheerz..
