Was thinking the same thing. Power-up your shit attack and turn it in to explosive diarrhea (super shotgun variant), maybe finds a power-up in the form of asparagus where after you pee it starts to give off fogy clouds and acts as a short acting barrier that damages enemies as they go through it. and if they get hit with powered up piss/shit they start to puke up chunkier vomit (level 2 vomit), maybe they puke up some internal organs (more damage they do to themselves) so they die faster, also maybe they shit out of ALL bodily orifices (this causes enemies that were not directly hit by 'your weapon' to puke level 1 vomit). Maybe for BFG type weapon you collect expired milk, warm prune juice, and a bean burrito with extra picantè hot sauce (the kind that keeps it's spiciness on the way out)... call it the BFS (I think you know the words) but unfortunately firing off this weapon of mass destruction will take some of your health when detonated. You can however fire off the BFS with no life taken if you happen to pick up the a power-up in the form of a tube of cream called 'Preparation H'.
