I sometimes feel no Yugioh player has read Landoise. But this list is really cool. I remember when Sacred Tree first came out a long, long time ago playing Naturia Traptrix, which used the Traptrix as a stun engine with some Naturia back-up to make the powerful Synchro monsters and Tree to cycle through all of them, all backed up by the deceptively powerful Naturia Marron. But it wasn't anything more than fringe playable.

If you were to tell me a few years ago that Naturia would have some serious representation 2022, I would've laughed. I've used the Ishizu stuff + vernusylph stuff in my own deck before, and it worked in the previous format, but with Kashtira's running around, it's a bit weaker.

I'm so glad naturia is actually like, good now. It was my main when I started the game all the way back in 5d's era and I played it through plant synchro format, dino rabbit/wind-up/inzektor format, mermail format, dragon ruler format, literally everything up until the banlist nuked like half my deck in one fell swoop. It always upset me that konami pretty much decided the deck was gonna be trash. All I ever wanted was for naturia to take one ycs or regional or anything and now its finally time. It won't be number one but it doesn't need to be. I am fulfilled.

He's referring to the so-called time rules, which are a ruleset to keep each round of a tournament at least somewhat to the planned length. To be more precise: If the timer has run out both players get to finish the current phase of the turn and they get to play out that phase and the player with more life points at the end of that phase wins the duel. Gagaga Cowboy and similar cards have effects that either inflict burn damage to the opponent or give you life points, which is to win if the timer has run out during your main phase.

it could, technically, since it doesn't require all naturias as the synchro material, only at least 1, and since king calamity only requires a dark dragon synchro, and not any specific tuners, you could make it in naturia if you're insane enough

So I think games would have been different with amorphage Goliath. Ending on bamboo and Goliath says opponent can't activate spells or traps and can't special from the extra deck. Unless you are flunder that's an auto win
