Thanks for the tour & insights! Wow, that boat is EFFICIENT! Every area has enough space for its purpose without wasting anything, almost no walkway losses, no redundancies, lots of dual-purpose surfaces/storages, flexible berths, and all nicely fitted together to flow from one area to the next without trip-hazards or awkward corners. It's got all the functionality of a superyacht in a more compact total frame, which will also save fuel and/or gets you that extra speed. Sweet ride and perfect for a family boat!

One of the things I like about Princess is the bespoke nature of their boats with all the different layouts, interiors covering and wood finishes. I think I would be asking if another washer dryer could be fitted in the owner’s area and maybe a small fridge for midnight snacks and drinks.

I’ve always looked at your tours and thought…”How could my Gunner get around”. Stairs and getting back on after swimming. He loved to swim and I had a hard time keeping him out of my ponds. Gunner is my beautiful jet black Great Dane, Unfortunately, I lost my love this last August. I will never watch these in the same way. In fact, it makes me sad I never had a chance to get him aboard. I now have Duke my Chihuahua. Duke was born in August.

35:20 A Silencer(formerly called hospital silencer, because they were designed for Hospital emergency power generators in the UK) is actually a different design from a traditional muffler. They need to be engineered for the specific engine application, but when done properly they are smaller and more effective at reducing engine exhaust noises. They are very popular on the more modern canal boats in the UK.

Another prop to car analogy is the prop dimension is like a car's differential gear ratio. The props diameter and pitch are factored like a car or truck's gear ratio to fit the function of the vehicle.

I must geek out on the propeller design. I view that as a long term investment for efficiency and speed. Very modern and sleek with a traditional feel. I comfortable live aboard, but what possibilities for entertaining a dozen or more on a day cruise. Plenty of room to spread out all over the place, and very comfortable occomodations for all. I like how the gally is maxed out for entertaining as well.
