I tried paneer biriyani in talapakatti style without cooker...on dum style....Excellent aroma and taste...It matched almost 85% of talapakatti. Since it is first time, i reduced spice. If i would have added little more spice, would have become 95% match.... Amazing recipe....All friends, please try this...I was not adding kalpassi as it had lot of bitter taste.... But this time I added cashew as you showed and added rice oora vacha water, both just enhanced the flavor. A small tip : 1 table spoon ghee la rice ah light ah varuthutu serthukonga.. Second comment..adding this now after cooking..Bro .. just took the first spoon in my mouth.. used the measures you listed in mutton biryani ... AWESOME Bro.. VERA LEVEL BRO.. seriously.. every step you told makes sense when I ate finally.. the little mint added at the end.. the dum time..everything little step helps..I have tried biryani with different recipes and got depressed since they didn’t come to expected level.. This time it is Vera level..realized my vegetables ran out.. so added soy chunks and potato instead.. turned out good still..Thanks a bunch ..Your cool face , voice and words gave the confidence to start with to attempt the biryani

Too much salt or not this looks like an awesome biriyani to try for sure😋. Requesting you to upload a pressure cooker version of this recipe. Video could be a little shorter (but that's just my opinion)
