@akashreddy32633 жыл бұрын
Can you please provide an instance which confirmed your belief that he was pretending?
@user-nf6bw9zm8d3 жыл бұрын
@@akashreddy3263 he was a colleague I met at work. First few months we didn't talk much. But later on due to team project for a period of around half a year we got to know each other more and he was humble kind seems an introvert and willing to help. Somehow I got to like him. Though he is 8 years senior than me, he sometimes behaved like a vulnerable lonely person that I felt the urge to protect him. He kind of knew by behaving that way could get my empathy and affection. yet he kept the distance while still tring to get me feed him attention and love. What makes me more angry is that I found out later he was trying to hook another girl in the team to see if he had a chance with her before choosing me. One day I had enough and asked about his true feeling, and he replied i wasn't good for him and he asked that girl out for dinner. That hurt but I managed to move on. I needed to respect other people's choice and tried to be a normal colleague again. Yet he continued to create drama to get my attention and if I didn't he would do things anger me like not cooperating at all when work required. These all started from my original opinion of him as a good man that has morals.Had I known the true nature of him, I wouldn't get myself into the trouble in the first place. I forgot to mention that while that girl has been with him in the end, he still was mad that I "ignored" him and would not feed him attention. He is just mad that someone elses life doesn't revolve around him!

@@richardlobo88 listened to him on joe's podcast. They got on the subject of meditation. Joe mentioned that he meditates by focusing on the breath (the most common form of meditation). Naval basically puts it down implying thats not real meditation, saying mindfulness meditation is the ultimate form of meditation. He also went on to say meditation is an activity people think they're doing when actually they're not. Meditation is all about losing your ego and for him he's become the most cocky douchey meditator I've seen. Nah I don't like him.
@cabezon6674 жыл бұрын
@@desthebest100 well that's depends. I think he wanted to say that you don't need to think that you are meditating when you are meditating, and that's is 100% true. A way to obtain "no thoughts" is FIRST to concentrate on your breath and then let your mind go. For me he's right.
