I love finding shortcuts and your video has helped me with even the renaming in audioshare!! love it. I'm very excited to see how easy it is to do this as sometimes it should be this easy with other apps and it's just NOT. Your step by step video was awesome!! Thanks so much

You ever think you’d have someone checking out this vid in 2020? Great stuff man, I just barely purchased Nave about a week ago (despite concerns they aren’t supporting the app and we may lose a lot of capability if they get rid of IAA). Any other tips (specific or general) regarding Nave? I’m blown away by the sounds coming out of this thing but also how deep it goes. I’m a bit overwhelmed as I’m not even all the way familiar with the most basic synths. Still, I love it. Thanks for the vid!

No problem! I agree that it should be easier in other apps. Animoog comes to mind. Thanks for the nice comment :-)

HA! You are the second person to bring that up. In the place I grew up in Canada, everyone said Flanger rhyming with Twanger.. If it was Flange, without the R we'd say it your way. Either way though, you knew what i meant and that is what is most important :-) I'm glad you like the video and found it helpful. :-)

In the day( before EH Electric Mistress) you could only get that sound by playing back two recordings and touching the flange of the 2nd tape reel to get a very slight delay. In '72, Brian Eno did this tape effect LIVE with Roxy Music.

No problem. I don't think it matters what key you sample. I believe when Nave converts the file to wavetable it assigns the key properly to the keyboard. I'm not 100% sure about that. I always pick the best sounding C note and it seems to always be in the proper key. Hmm I should test it to see if there is a difference. Good call.

Thanks for uploading! I just got this APP. Any suggestion?: I've done all you do, but then File does NOT show up in iTunes folder! After it says it was successfully placed there. Any tips around this glitch? Thanks!

Hey Ryan, I was very inspired by your video, I didn't knew this possibility. However I experienced a serious problem. I sampled my favorite guitar from SampleTank into Nave as shown in your video (via Audiobus and Audioshare etc), I did a couple of tweaks in Nave and saved in Nave. But when I closed SampleTank the sound was gone!!!! I had to re-open SampleTank AND set it to the same sound to get what I want in Nave. I think its weird and have no explanation for it. And I am dissapointed about it

You guys need to fix the spelling of 'lose' throughout. Otherwise brilliant!
