“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” ― C.G. Jung Love that point Elliot 'one of the best things to do when you don't know what to do, is to do nothing'. Underneath all the noise is what we truly want 🔥thank you

At age 39 I can testify that those times I took action by excessive thinking never resulted in anything positive, rather when I allow stillness things seem to fall into place sooner or later, plus new insights and ideas come to you. My advice, connect with nature, go for a walk across the river or go to a nice beach and spend time in stillness, empty the mind.

So, some people are super successful really early. Others do well and then fizzle out. For most, I go with a popular statement my mom told me some time ago " Son, your 20's and 30's are for learning. Your 40's and 50's are for earning. Be patient, have faith, trust the process."

Was a musician with no clue of where I was going till about 27. Fucking every girl I met, getting drunk, blowing money… lost my voice when I was 28 which made me get a job working with young criminals and I’m actually really good at it. 2 years later I got a social degree, I’m teaching our philosophy working with these kids to schools, I’m public speaking about it, I work with 8 boys myself and I got my voice back and I feel like I finally found how to make music work in a sustainable way for me. Long story short: elliots advice is spot on

Yo this video actually helped me a lot. I was guilt tripping the hell out of myself lastnight for not wanting to go to the gym. Not realizing I worked 40hrs + my part time job + working on my side hustle. My ass is tired. I decided to sit back an chill, now I feel way better today. I always knew burn out is real but I guess I didn’t realize what it felt like. Also after finding out you mentored Brandon Carter, I hold your word to a stronger degree. Thanks Elliot.

Yo Elliot, You have clearly been accumulating a lot of wisdom as of late. Thanks for imparting much of it to us. I too have felt a period of confusion and waiting between 36-39. Heading into 40 and I can feel great changes occurring as I seize opportunity and along with it new confidence and certainty.

I'm 27 now and for the last 4 years I was just working for a company moving freight. My life got significantly better during that time but I've quit the job recently and looking back now over the four years I've been thinking that it was a time of idleness. Although I did do a lot of things I wanted to do.

I can really relate to this video. I’m 25 and can’t seem to figure out what I want to do. One thing I have been wanting is to move out of my town and state but the coof created a ton of uncertainty. Ultimately I got so confused that I just stayed living with my parents cause I couldn’t decide on anything. Now I’m planning on going to a trade school in the midwest. I’m not even sure I really want to do this but since the school isn’t that expensive I’ll do it.

Hey Im also 25 I moved out and studied but everything that I tried out I couldn't finish everything felt wrong so i decided to just work a job in the meantime to pay my rent. But its also important to work on yourself, get to know how you function/feel/act... change things inside and outside (habits, big part). read learn even if its not for a degree but study things that interest you, for me it was/is self improvement, ancient wisdom and stuff like that. The more you know about yourself and how the world functions the better and the easier it gets to find what really interests you. also doing some workout and raise your consciousness is important, staying healthy in general. have some idols, bruce Lee Malcom X... study people like them. But I think you know all that because you are here at Elliot Hulse which means that you already working :) (and yeah if you think you wanna go to trade school do it! you never know maybe its what you need to do and even if not, everything in life is an experience and you can learn from it. good luck and blessings to you, and remember you are not alone it can be crazy on this earth but if we stay calm and centered everything's gonna be alright!

I've been watching your videos since I turned 16 and you've been a beacon of hope to me after I dropped out of school at 13 eventually going back at 16 despite not having grade 9 I managed top of my class in grade 10 after that however my life went down hill from there; I scrapped through grade 11 and failed grades 12. I tried my best to rewrite but the passion wasn't there anymore I think I may have add and bi polar disorder anyways I lost interest in school ended up in a grocery store for about three months, taught myself how to trade. I spent a significant amount of my 20's unemployed and living at home with absolutely zero friends I was essentially a hermit who did nothing with his life because I thought trading would solve all my problems and I'd be rich. I made about $2000 and lost everything due to self sabotage after that I tried coding but I gave up after I realized that I'd never be as good as someone with a computer science degree so I gave up. I then played chess for a while but the same thing happened, I started too late to be any good so I gave up. That has kinda been a recurring theme in my life where I do something and then get bored even after doing relatively well then I quit. As of today I'm still 24 year old kissless virgin who's never had a girlfriend I don't think I'm ugly because I always got attention from women sometimes men but I just feel lackluster as if I don't have a libido although I masturbate frequently. I don't have a car nor do I have a university degree. I'm stuck at home and I contemplate suicide every day. I started drinking alcohol and smoking weed by myself of course because I don't have anyone. I literally have zero contacts on whatsapp, my fucking mother has more friends than me. My dad on the other hand is quite emotionally distant but judges harshly he told me to kill myself at 22, he said and I quote "no one will miss you". Parents don't think much of me and my mom says I shouldn't have any kids I can feel it she doesn't want me to leave and move out not that I could at the moment. I don't know what to do anymore I got another job, I start tomorrow and I'm scared. I failed at nearly everything in my life even at birth I couldn't crawl till much later that's annoying because everything in my life takes longer than I thought it would. I just finished my 12 year cycle and it's been nothing short of a nightmare I think I might just kill myself before I turn 30 I don't think I have what it takes to be a self sustaining man in this word I have no wings.

I never grow impatient. Bored maybe but patient. Able to go years to reach a goal, think of the future. But perceive that others have no patience, think in the moment only instead of applying the moment to a larger picture. I blame technology and dopamine addiction.

Also, Genesis 16:3 it says “So after Abram had been living in Canaan ten years, Sarai his wife took her Egyptian slave Hagar and gave her to her husband to be his wife.” -NIV Genesis 17:20 “And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. no. when in doubt you take action as a man. move and improve. staying put and remaining unsure and miserable is feminine and will also make you more miserable the longer you linger, which in turn she will feel and leave anyways. you want to move? tell your girl to pack up and join you, if shes not willing to follow you then shes not “the one”(if such a blue pill ideal really exists to begin with). in her eyes your not her best choice so move on and improve your happiness and money which in turn will attract you another girl (or her back to you and she will move out there to your new home). make money and self improve over keeping a woman. if you don’t, you lose her love/respect and your self dignity and happiness. done✌️
