As far as the “pretzel “ hose problem, my hoses have never been coiled because the navigator is always in the pool. I have experimented with the number of hose sections and with nine I get the least tangling, but never none. Im on my third navigator and have never been without the problem!

My navigator is set on "1" but continues to climb above the water and suck air. The water pressure seems fine, anything I can adjust to prevent the Vaccum from climbing too high and out of the water? Thank you

Question for you... when I first got the Hayward Navigator, it worked great. Now, it seems to barely move. A licensed pool specialist has confirmed there are no leaks or clogs in my system. The only thing I can think of which doesn't seem to be covered in any videos I've seen on KZbin thus far is that because I have a passive solar panel heating the pool and a waterfall feature ... am I supposed to bypass them when using the Navigator? The overall pool pressure seems to be ok... but once I connect the Navigator, everything start going slow as if the system is having issues pulling water. I'm at the end of my troubleshooting and was wondering if it's just some inherent knowledge that pool experts don't think to mention because it's common sense to bypass water features in their opinions. Any insight is appreciated.
