INGREDIENTS :-
sabudaana - 1 cup ( medium size )
water - 1 cup ( for soak to sabudana)
potato - 2 ( medium size)
jeera - 1/2 tsp
chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
rock salt - 1 tsp
fresh coriander leaves
water - 5 cup for boiling
poly cover for dry papad
How to make batter:-
firstly wash sabudana 2-3 times then soak it 1 cup water for 4 hours or overnight . after this peel two potatoes and grate it with medium size grater then wash potato lachcha with water 2-3 times . chopped fresh coriander leaves . take a heavy pan or a kadahi whose bottom is heavy. turn on gas and put pan on it then pour 5 cup of water and boil it then add sabudana ana potato in it and stir it well after 15 -20 mints check its consistency it become thick then add salt chili flakes and jeera in it and add coriander leaves then stir it again. now cook it for 5 mints and turn off the gas now when it gets little cold spread it polythene in round shape and dry it in sun light for 2-3 days . after this it becomes hard and transparent then in a pan add oil and hot it well then fry papad . it is very tasty
