I'm having hard time and pressure also because of the feedbacks between my tl and the customer. So di talaga mawala ang detractor. 😞

Hello! Congrats you made it until the product training! Essential sa customer service ang mag-build ng rapport sa customer kasi maraming benefits yan. Magiging palagay ang loob niya sayo, pagkakatiwalaan ka niya, at kahit matagal ka makahanap ng resolution, kapag may connection kayo ng customer, willing maghintay yan. Hindi ka naman basta-basta mati-terminate kasi product training ka palang, wala ka pa sa production floor. Tsaka kapag nasa production floor ka na, under probationary ka for at least 6 months. After non, saka sila magde-decide whether terminable ka or regular na. Normally, di naman tini-terminate eh. Super rare noon. 100% nare-regular. Super liit ng chance na hindi. Tsaka di ka naman nila pakakawalan basta, baka i-endorse ka lang sa mas madaling account, etc. Basta wag na wag ka lang a-absent at wag magpapa-late. Yan ang magsi-save sayo kung di ka kagalingan sa production.. lahat naman natututunan eh. It takes time nga lang. Normal lang magka-detractor. Basta bawiin mo nalang tsaka alamin mo ang reason bakit siya nag-detractor. Para next time aware ka na kung anong gagawin mo. 😊

That's a good deal for a newbie already. Pero you can get up to 23k dito sa VXI. That's just the basepay po.

Nag resign na po ako kasi ang tagal ng process nila eh need talaga ng baon n patience's at pera kaso di makaya ang depression kasi dami ko sinusportahan so nag iba ako ng work.
