I am in healthcare acct in Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. It's not queuing..but you must be vigilant in quoting benefits though...and navigation wise .. Billing, Claims etc is a must but i prefer to have this billing because it's much easier than quoting Benefits... Lot of tools...so overwhelming. So far no irate members so far... that's why l like this account.

claims is a medical billing document submitted by the provider to member's insurance. This document is processed based on the policy benefits of the member to determine how much will be paid by the insurance and member's liability towards the service rendered.
