I just started training yesterday and the lessons were mostly about grammar and business english. And I actually have no bpo experience all the while my wavemates were bpo veterans which kinda made me insecure in a way. Everytime Im about to speak I feel like my pronunciation is wrong or my diction is or my comprehension is on the other side of the earth 😭 But I always say to myself that I have to be trainable, a knowledge sponge, since all I can do is absorb and absorb the lesson in order to keep up with others. I just hope that I continue on progressing and be successfully hired by the company. 🙏😌

It usually depends on the type of account you'll be handling. Swerte nalang kapag hindi ganon ka-strict si client.. Hehe wag kang kabahan. Kaya mo yon if ever! You can always ask naman kapag hindi mo super gets. ☺️

Hi, is there any assesment by first week and second week? (Refresher to basic English and mock call training). Will it be on the last day of each week training? Or whether everything (english test, mock call test, and nesting) will be done on the same day?

I just passed my final interview and assessment yesterday. I was only given a day to prepare since the following day i will immediately start my training. Despite the short notice i still try my best to study and learn about the basics head on that's why I'm here. I must say your vid really helped me in my preparation. I am actually very nervous since it's my first time to be with the BPO industry so i don't really have any experience prior. However, I am still looking forward to how this journey will unfold and just hope for the best so wish me luck!✨ Edit: We're actually from the same company Concentrix, also with the same account Amazon.

Hello! It depends sa account na hina-handle mo. In my previous account, as in bawal ang papel and ballpen, even cp ay bawal na bawal rin. Pero sa current account ko, in-allow naman kaming mag-jot down notes.
