@@DivineG777 -- I'm splitting hairs. KD is a better scorer than 99.98% of players. He doesn't need to be coached to get a bucket, and can carry a team without set plays. However, the great ones can keep his or her team in check. He isn't that guy. That's fine. But 2 examples come to find. (1) Kerr told him to move off ball, trust his teammates, and cited MJ. KD didn't do what Kerr asked of him. (2) This one is being super nitpicky. If KD could have corralled Westbrook, maybe they win a chip in OKC. I don't know if anyone could keep WB in check but to me, KD should have been the one -- BUT...he bounced to the 73-win GSW, taking the easiest path to a chip. That's mental weakness. I don't blame him for doing it b/c it made sense -- just not the most admirable and still a weak move by one of the best bucket getters of all time. KD has the ability and most of the accolades to be a Top 10, but IMO, he didn't meet it.

Larry Bird is a legend & was an all around player who could score, pass, & rebound. To be compared to Larry Bird is a flattering comment but KD’s game is based of the streets of Washington DC. @@ronneysavoy9705 what you need to understand is that no super star players has ever done it alone. Especially in a team sport. KD has always been the most efficient one in his teams. His teams are just not there when he needs them the most. rings are for dependable teams KD unfortunately hasn't had a dependable team that shines when it matters most. One player should not Carry a game in a team sport. That's a bad team rating. I highly doubt Kobe, MJ, curry, or LeBron would have won anything if they didn't have dependable teammates with them. players that are pampered are MJ, Kobe, curry, and Gainnis. If Kd was pampered than he wouldn't need to trade to other teams. The other star players would come to him not the other way around.
