This is so sad. This is one of the most moving and powerful statements I've heard. I'm happy that he read the defense for their filth.

This Father spoke the facts. Thank you for calling it out. Thank you for the Judge 👩⚖️ for allowing this father to speak.

These are the worst most violent sounding victim impact statements I've ever heard. These people are letting it all out. So sad for their loss and deep pain.

Jury should be majority. It only takes one juror to nullify. One ringer.
@JamesBrown-mt5ru2 жыл бұрын
In Scotland juries are of 15 people to avoid a tie. Also majority verdicts are commonly accepted
@nanisabrine27322 жыл бұрын
Yeah I’m not sure why it’s set up that way. It’s a lot easier to sway one persons opinion vs the majority. It’s basically one person making the decision for the rest of the jury, why even have the rest of the jury? Just very redundant.

Shame on these defense attorneys. It is not that they fought for him. It is how they treated the families and their disgusting behavior throughout the trial.
@cheerpedge412 жыл бұрын
I agree. If the defense had behaved professionally, I don’t think they be receiving the hatred they are now. Much more difficult to separate the defendant’s murderous actions from the defense’s courtroom actions.

Well said. As a father I can't image what he is going through or the self control of not jumping over that table and taking matters into his own hands. The fact that his child is 6' under and the murder is still sucking air is ridiculous. The courts failed all of us with this case.
