One of the best episodes of Miami Vice ever. Epic photography of the Greenwood Corvette in the background, awaiting the arrival of the Porsche 911 Cabriolet.
@ComputerLearning04 жыл бұрын
The end of this episode was really great when all the cops are digging in that massive sand pile in the background and each one says they've found another buried car, indicating "Charlie" had been using this method of murder for some time now.

20 years ago I originally bought the faux alligator skin white DVD boxed set. At the time it cost $125 and the quality and presentation were very good but a few years ago they remastered it on BluRay and my son bought it for me for Christmas and I re-watched one episode side-by-side, one on DVD and the other on BluRay just to see the difference and it was much better. It wasn't as good as if it were shot today but was still very good. The BluRay 'HD' version has a simple paper box but the whole set only cost around $40 compared to the $125 the original DVD boxed set cost. When it first came out in the 90's the same DVD boxed set cost around $250 !

Easy reboot...Crockett is the chief of the Miami PD, Tubbs is a for hire P.I. who spends his days in the everglades working as a laborer to avoid detection. Crockett had two sons, Billy born 1978, nameless son born 1991 post show. Billy is 42, works as a lawyer for a weapons manufacturer, the 29 year old son is a vice cop like Crockett. Tubbs and Angelina son survived the car bomb, grows up to become a detective in New York...the story can be written any way from there. Crockett Jr. and Tubbs lost son collide in the show like the original Crockett and Tubbs did, becoming the new Crockett and Tubbs (Tubbs namesake would be different until he finds his father). Tubb's Jr story arc would be him trying to trace his father's roots. Sonny Crockett would have an instinct about Tubbs Jr. Add in a great cast, use a mix of 80s hits, Jan Hammer selections, retrowave music of today and a little modern music, keep the vibe and the fashion accurate, you have a winner, guaranteed.
