amazing video as always Andy!!! One thing i love about the concept of the modern surgeon is the idea that we all have an active role in shaping what it means to be a surgeon. I remember one of the biggest factors that made me unsure about pursuing surgery was the classic archetype of the "mean cold heartless surgeon". The feeling once you meet your first kind-hearted gentle surgeon and realize that being surgeon doesn't necessarily mean losing your personality in the process. It's a liberating feeling and it's so nice seeing this trend emerge in surgery.
