Do you hunt elk and deer with a now I just got myself a 5 by 5 bull elk in idaho from under 10 yards it was legitimately changing me! I had to shoot a frontal which I have never done before It died in it's tracks.

How big is your pb I'm not going to judge definitely a hard fish to catch Also if you have lake smallmouth id reccomended using the tactical bassin swimbait heads with some chartreuse and blue paddle tail swimbaits in 3.8-4.2 size I caught my 4.25 pound pb on one this year!

Same here, I was dead in the middle, up to my eyeballs in something here at work and received notification that NDYakAngler had posted a new video...all work stopped. Just finished watched yet another amazing smallmouth video. Smallmouth fishing is primarily all I fish for so Matt's videos are greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Love the sound of the paddle going through the water...10X better than loud, obnoxious music. PS- this is funny. A good fishing buddy in Florida just texted me Matt had just posted another video : > )

Haha funny because it's true. I like fishing for everything, sunfish to sturgeon, and a 10" bluegill to me is just as exciting as a 40" esox. Also I am guilty of watching youtubers like 618 fishing and Extreme Philly Fishing which are full of hype and clickbaiting but I started watching them before all that junk. NDyakangler channel is simple and subtle, very refreshing. No need for the hype, fake excitement and clickbait. I fully understand how annoying some channels can be.

In your "Grandpa's old mouse" video you said that someday you hoped to catch fish like grandpa......I have the same memories, but someday I hope to be catching small mouth just like YOU....this summer we started camping on a river that's very similar to the one you fish.....low, ultra clear water, loaded full of smallies......but they're fished a lot and extremely hard " for me" to catch.....but I'm taking notes with every video.....so glad I found you
