Have you bought screens from that website cos is a Chinese website and I never bought from them before? You need to heat the front of the phone to loosen up the adhesive so you can remove the battery.

I have bought parts from Witrigs a number of times now with no problems. To replace the battery, you just need to heat and remove the back panel, no need to touch the screen.

Can you please provide me with a link of where you bought the parts?

Pretty slick. So, the glue that held it together... did you have to replace it after heating?

There was new double-sided tape already applied to the new back panel so it was really easy to reattach. If you were to reuse your existing back panel, you can purchase new tape, so you can peel off the old stuff and put the new stuff on.

Is the camera module an actual legit OEM part or is it a "OEM Compatible" replacement part. I couldn't find any specific info on the website you obtained it from. My main concern is that I want the actual SONY_IMX345 camera module and not some compatible replacement. It's too sketchy to take the info provided by some websites. I was duped into purchasing a fake Note 9 OEM battery and the only way I was eventually able to find a "real" OEM battery for self repair was a seller who salvaged parts from damaged phones. It also exceeded my expectations by far.

Witrigs claim their cameras are OEM, but that's as far as I can verify. If you send them an email, they might be able to provide more info. My camera from them works great, as good as the original at least.

I made a change of the camera as in the video, then I turned on the cell phone, I cleared the cache but even when I activate the camera, only a black screen remains, can you help me, what do I need to do?

Are you sure the new camera is plugged in correctly? Does the old camera show an image if it is reinstalled? If it does, the new camera module may be faulty.

My note 9 have dust in front lens camera ..well its inside ..can i remove those dust without any prob?
@NearFarMedia2 жыл бұрын
You'll need to remove the rear panel and a couple other bits like the wireless charging coil, then you can access the front camera to remove it and clean the lens. I don't think you need to remove the motherboard IIRC.

They screwed up my phone too when they replaced the screen. The shorted something on the main board and it wouldn't charge with a usb c to c cable any more and didn't allow for file transfers from the computer. They of course denied ALL RESPONSIBILITY, refused to fix it and blew me off... Samsung was no help either.... NEVER USE YOU BREAK I FIX THEY WILL FUCK YOU!!!
