i like how you say 'for me' as if it's not almost universally accepted that the first one is by FAR the best in the franchise. only an insane person would actually prefer something like either AvP movie or the most recent two predator films to the original. the reason you prefer the first one is because not only is it actually good, it's one of the most amazing sci fi action films of all time. 2 is ok. but the others are unimportant, uninfluential, and inconsequential. that's not just my opinion. tell me a film that was influenced by 'predators'.

@@henrycunningham1960 'Predator', 'Predator 2' and 'Prey' are the only films I consider. 'Predator 2' is probably my favourite. There are some problems with 'Prey', but it had the essence of a Predator film.

I've been looking forward to this one for a long time. The delays have been killing me. My favorite Predator film is the original since I'm a massive Arnold fan and it has plenty of iconic lines. "If it bleeds, we can kill it." being my favorite one.

i think a better reason for the first one being your favorite is because it's the best one, by far. it's the only truly great one, after the second one, no others are even 'very good'. the idea that you felt the need to explain why you like the only great film in a franchise full of duds is.. weird.

I’m 50 this year så the original movie will always be my favourite. I remember the experianse of watching it on the big screen the first time. Amazing. Thanks for the good work.

Favorite of the film series is Predator 2 for me. More action and violence, lots of great quotes and humor that was the 90s. Gary Busey’s on screen death by the Predator 👍🏾. Easter egg that ties to other franchises, particularly Alien. Also a great soundtrack that is just as good, if not better than the first. It’s nostalgic for me too since I was too young to go see it in the theaters and had to settle for Home Alone 😂. How I couldn’t wait to see it on VHS, to rent which I did often being young.

Predator 2 is my favourite. The crazy looking handguns, the action. It was my grade 6 birthday party movie 🎥. I drew personal predator invitations for all the kids I invited. I was so obsessed with Predator 2, I called my Grandma up and talked about the predator movies 🍿 for 2 and a half hours (longer than the length of the movie 🎥). She didn’t mind, I think 🤔 she just liked talking to her grandson lol. Gonna have to pick this up after I recover from Christmas. Awesome overview 👏🏼

The OG Predator movie is so good. Jesse Ventura had some of the best lines. Describing himself as a sexual tyrannosaurus and that he "ain't got time to bleed"

My favorite Predictor movie is Predictor vs Aliens because who doesn't like a movie all about the action! Also I recently picked up the Gwenpool Omnibus (thank you for the notifying people of it) and I felt back in love with Gwenpool. It's weird as I haven't read these comics in a long time. And I do hope eventually she gets into her own book again or joins one of the X-Men teams because I miss her. Again Predictor vs Aliens is great!

I remember watching the first predator movie with my family as a kid and loving it. Now when I think about it brings back those good memories. That's why it will always have a soft spot in my heart. The first will always be my all time favourite predator movie because of how great the story is and builds an ominous threat throughout half the movie until the big standoff between arnie and the predator as the most badass 1 v 1 fight to the death epicness. It is the most manliest macho movie ever with high octane action also with a touch of horror. Nothing gets better than that and they don't make movies like this anymore since the 80's and the 90's are the golden era of movies.

Nothing tops the first film, but I do think the second movie doesn't get enough props. A really solid entry in the franchise, and Danny Glover's performance as Detective Harrigan is hella underrated. Haven't read the Predator comics much so this collection really intrigues me.
