I wouldn't necessarily consider Deaky legendary. Sure, he came up with some good bass lines, but a lot of his stuff is "meh". Now, John Entwistle on the other hand, he was truly a pioneer in bass guitar. People associate fame with skill because they don't know anything about what they're associating. Yes, Deaky was good at what he did. But was he legendary? No.

... and Brian would be the one to calculate that for you. Mass of the mic times speed squared divided by the length of the cord (radius) would give you that force.

Tony Iommi has nothing to prove to anyone, he and Black Sabbath practically invented heavy metal way back in 1968. Plus, Brian May is the one who actually looks up to Tony, not the other way around.

They weren't chilled out at about 1pm, outside. I remember the PA system got stuck on a loop of Freddie shouting 'get', for a couple of hours. People went mad and rushed the queues. There were police on horseback everywhere.

6:10 You can tell that Brian has a very friendly, kind and educate nature by this kind of things. He's performing a pretty intense solo, the cable of the Roger Daltrey's microphone just fells on Brian's strings, which is VERY VERY annoing for a guitarst. His istinctive reaction? A kind and shy smile!

To be fair Daltrey did really well here considering that he was there to achieve the impossible. He did not try to sound like Mercury but sounded enough like him without trying to do so. Good job that man.

Anthony Mclean I think Freddie's vocal range, Brian's guitar skills, even his vocals, and Rogers, and the playing abilities of everyone (don't leave out John Deacon) were better in Queen. The range of genres and sounds, was also more with Queen than The Who.

@@pearlsforheroes1639 Erm just think about John Entwistle always voted number 1 bass player in most polls , Moon on drums and Townsends ability as a songwriter of pieces such as Tommy and Quadraphenia , but it's not a competition I'm not a fan of Queen I'll be honest but i rank em high as an act like i do The Who as i am a fan of theirs ...
