It's understandable on both sides. The guardians didn't really have time to process or mourn their Gamora because they were snapped out and back into existence, so it's hard for them to see this one as different. This new Gamora Is in a different universe with a different Nebula that's actually nice to her and with people who know her, but she doesn't know them and to top it all off her Thanos is dead fulfilling her goal of avenging her people. So, she does not have any set path.

I think people are a little harsh on Gamora here. Like, obviously she was wrong and needlessly cruel, but keep in mind, this is Gamora not long after Gotg 1. She's younger, and stuck in a time period that she doesn't know, and on top of that, she's probably super frustrated with Peter always telling her who he wants her to be. She ultimately isn't the same person as the one he fell in love with. I can understand why she's so aggressive towards him and the others considering this, even if she was out of line.

Well Guardians of the Galaxy in the MCU sort of follows a Farscape plot. John meets Aeyrn on again off again until season 3 then he gets copied she treats one like a stranger after fleeing with the other one then he dies and she realized they are the same person tries to come back but other John is now pissed. so takes half of season 4 and saving her life for them to come back around. Fringe had a similar story line with alt timeline Olivia having her memory changed and having it restored halfway through mid season an that show was influenced by Farscape as well. However with Zoe not wanting to come back to the franchise the love shoestring wont get tied back together and he is stuck being miserable for all time, Thanks alot Zoe for #$@#%$# the plot.

Did you not watch Avengers: Endgame? This is a time-displaced version of Gamora who came from the past to the present with Thanos. After he and his army got dusted by Tony at the end of the final battle, the past Gamora remained in the present and joined The Ravagers. The original Gamora isn’t alive. She’s still dead and gone.
