Tom's emails always come at just the right time. My neck has been stiff for days now and this seems to have sorted it. Also had a lower back issue last year that had gone on for months and used one of Toms free programs. It was sorted in a couple of days. I couldnt believe it. I really do need to purchase something to show my gratitude. Very knowledgeable and knows how choose a good pair of jeans!

This is the best and the fastest exercise for neck mobility I've seen so far. Do it for a couple of months now, and my neck appreciates it.

I thought to myself, another video of the same neck rotations… but this was so good, I really needed to see this technique. Thank you ☺️

This has helped a lot.. currently suffering with TMJ flare up... 😮brought some relief along with the shoulder impingement exercises ❤

I've been doing this on my own except for the tilted yes/no! Now I have a name for it. 😊 It has really helped me keep my range of motion. Almost as good as Jenny's which is pretty good for a 69 year old woman with bone spurs, retro listhesis and inflammatory arthritis. Boy, that crackling gets loud sometimes.

brilliant! You're doing all the right stuff 😎

Hi Tom... I've come across videos online that say you shouldn't tuck the chin in if you got forward posture. Apparently, they say it makes it worse as the real culprit is the pelvis, rib cage position etc that causes fwd head movement. What say you? 🙂

Hey Tom, is this good for chronic cervical radiculopathy?
@TomMorrison4 ай бұрын
Can try in a reduced range for a few days and see how it affects you then gradually increase how far you go if it feels ok!

Would reduce the range a little and it will most likely feel easier to go further if you practice it like that for a few weeks

Can this help cervicogenic dizziness?
@TomMorrison2 ай бұрын
Can’t give a 100% yes but I have seen a lot of strange things helped by implementing these before so it’s worth giving them a try for a few weeks to make your mind up, it is just moving your neck like a neck really so will be ok 💪🏼

Every time i gesture left with my head, the left side of the neck shoots pain and my whole head feel stuck for a second, is there anything else i can do?
@TomMorrison3 ай бұрын
If you’re experiencing something like that it would be good to check out an in person physio and get them to see how you’re doing it and if they can do some hands on treatment to help it

5:00 if you have stenosis and disc bulges in cervical, is it safe to bring the head back so far?
@renel73037 ай бұрын
Everyone's range of motion is different. You want a gentle stretch, not medieval torture. 😊 As you continue your practice your range will expand. Don't overdo it. As for the safety of it I would discuss that with your doctor or an exercise physiologist who has seen your x-rays.
