I'm just psyched that I can be listening to a new Judas Priest record, with vocals recorded by a 72-year-old legend, in the same year I'm listening to a new band with an 18-year-old drummer. Metal is pretty great, everybody! 🤘

Thanks! Always nice to have a host who can pronounce 'nuclear' correctly.

So proud to see these guys emerging from my local scene and already gaining steam internationally. So young, so much potential. Well done guys!

The history of this band, and Anton, is a damn beautiful and wholesome one. I can do nothing but cheer for all these lads! In regards to the 'odd' timings and stylings, the band Hatesphere is and was huge in everything Danish metal. Their influence is very much felt in your last snippet or two - and by Halford, Dio, Lemmy and Ozzy do I appreciate it! :D Also, the going nick is Brekkenakker, or you know, in Danish: Knakkebrækker!

Saw them live a few months ago, they where new to me back then. They totally killed it. It blew my mind that a bunch of Danish kids where that good. I've been keeping an eye out for them since. If you get the oportunity to see them play live, just do it!

Album kills. Spun it constantly. Also, petition to have Riley do all the reviews from here on out.

Saw them when they supported Crypta earlier this year, still as Nakkeknaekker back then. Super fun to watch, especially the drummer. Dude was on fire 🔥

From the very first clip, Jesus they were not kidding with the name Neckbreakker.

Was thinking Gatecreeper on vocals. Heard about these guys from Nate Big Riff podcast.

Great job on the breakdown here. I will push back on the drier vocal layer, though. I think that adds character and gives it a more hard-core feel instead of a sludgy doomy death feel.

If you're looking into Danish metal bands, take a look a technical/brutal death metal band, Terrorpy. These guys released the death metal album of the year.

I haven’t enjoyed a debut this much in a while. Their groove is just stupid. Nodded at my desk with a big shit eating grin throughout the whole album. My coworkers knew enough to stay away.

En mi opinión es una gran banda. Suenan mucho mejor que Gatecreeper. No estoy de acuerdo con tus críticas, ya que me parece el grupo revelación de 2024, como lo fue Begravement el 2023.
