The sections at 4:30, 4:50, 5:10, and 5:38 are all from Half-Life 2, Necros. It's the later Anticitizen One chapter.

It's incredible how well thought out the maps were for Half-Life 2. All of the levels you go through actually are connected and make sense, they were just separated with loading screens. Like the main road next to Kleiner's lab, it continues through multiple levels in the game, most people just don't notice it, until maps like this are made which removes the loading segments and remove all the barriers. All of the areas you showed off are from Half-life 2. But they are so unrecognizable due to how different everything looks without all the battle damage and combine infrastructure. Even the tunnel you went into was part of the campaign.

The different areas connecting has always been an interesting part of these maps. Another great example of things lining up is the Nova Prospekt train platform in the train station and a series of unreachable train tracks in the first canals map.

Note: Most of the parts of the city that you said "weren't in the original game", WERE in the game. Just some areas were the uprising era :)

the top level the elevator takes you to in kliners lab is from an early version of half life, some of the geometry exists in base hl2.
