The 1st caloric test shows nystagmus left ear with vestibular issues, but the last 2 tests shows normal-compromised results due to wearing glasses with PRISM and years of doing computer eye exercises, since i was diagnosed with binocular vision disorder right the 1st caloric test. The audiologist says does not understand the correlation???

Like this guy, not pretending short haul solutions. Logical path tinnitus sound- threat - muscle tension- muscle relaxation - breathing - sound therapy is very helpful to understand the needed process. Tinnitus since 4 month, staying calm inside it didn't get worse, but softer. Mostly when I did qi gong exercises. Now I know why. Exercise includes shaking m muscle relaxation and breathing! Will cont8nue to do that . By the way pink noise or mono noises like waterfall or insects drive me nervous. Best I found is in the channel " Tinnitus relief sounds" track 10...8 hours. Keep ur faith! Thanks for the great video, could you explain further in another video what you mean by sound therapy at night is different than sound therapy during the day and that there are nuances? Thank you.
@treblehealth
@treblehealth Ай бұрын
Thanks for the suggestion! We're pleased to hear that you found this video helpful. When it comes to using sound therapy at night, we suggest utilizing a sound machine, Bluetooth headband, or sound pillow for streaming. You might opt for a different sound at night than during the day, but ensure it's relaxing-avoid rock music or talk show radio/TV. It's alright to increase the volume of the sound therapy at night if it aids in achieving better sleep, as deep sleep is essential.
@OlawaleAfi
@OlawaleAfi Ай бұрын
@@treblehealth Thanks for the response, I take it that during the day it's important to have the sound therapy at a volume where the tinnitus is not totally masked so you can become habituated to it, but at night it's okay to raise the volume a bit with relaxing sounds to mask it so you can prioritize deep sleep over possibly becoming distressed from the tinnitus sounds at night. Great to understand this distinction.

I do better in quieter rooms. Ambient noise usually makes my tinnitus worse. Tinnitus has been bothering me for 5 months. It started in one ear as one tone, now it's in both ears and I have several sounds I hear, sometimes three at the same time. As time goes on, it gets worse. Mentally I'm pretty good no matter what. The worst was between the third and sixth weeks when the anxiety was the strongest.

Hello Doctor, I have seen your vedio for a long time and I knew you have mentioned many times not to stay in a quiet room. However my tinnitus only can hear in a very quiet place. Recently In order to let myself not too overreact for my tinnitus sound and I am trying to train myself to hear my tinnitus with no negative reaction at a very quiet place; however, I realize my tinnitus becomes louder and louder. I end up to have panic attack because the sound becomes overwhelming. Do you mind to let me know if I should stop this training and use the sound therapy instead ?

We're here for you, and I'd recommend speaking to one of our tinnitus specialists for personalized guidance. GOOD INFO!!! Can future hearing aids be combined with hearing protection capabilities ... I afraid of more damage to my ears that can really happening on the streets ..why it is not considered? I already have Hyperacusis and tinnitus ! I believed that hering cells that is already damaged can be more pron for more damages then reg peopel even at much less ds sound ..is it true?
@treblehealth
@treblehealth 21 күн бұрын
While it may feel like your ears are more vulnerable to damage, damaged hearing cells are not necessarily more prone to additional damage than those of regular individuals. Some hearing aids can indeed provide hearing protection if they fully occlude the ear and are muted. In this way, they can function similarly to earplugs.

It's good that you're being cautious about protecting your ears while riding your motorcycle. You can continue wearing earplugs and see how that works for you. Additionally, consider using sound therapy during quiet times or at night to help manage your tinnitus.

We understand that our treatment plan is expensive, however it is important to note that tinnitus maskers (also called ear level sound therapy devices) are top of the line medical devices. Unfortunately, this means that just like hearing aids, they can be expensive. With this in mind, we offer interest free payment plans, and we do accept insurance. While insurance may not cover the full amount of the treatment, they may cover parts of it. We recommend calling your insurance provider to see if anything is covered, and our team will provide you with any documentation that you need. If there's anything we can do to assist or guide you through the process, we're here to help.
