I think government needs to create a separate department to handle sexual violence cases with sensitivity and also strict guide lines should be provided for them to follow. Most of the time FIR is not written quickly so no rape kit is done and loose the crucial evidence which helps the culprit in most cases. There should be a mandatory class for appropriate work place behaviour that's needs to be attended by staff. If more than one woman has complained of inappropriate behaviour from a colleague then it should be taken seriously and give them a warning.

Doctors who are protesting for Justice for the Lady Doctor from RG Kar MCH WB who was Horrible, Brutally Raped, Torn apart & Murdered on August 9th 2024, it's almost 36 days and nothing happening for Justice and the Doctor is absolutely right, why should a few doctors only to be picked up and speak separately for the Doctor's Protest for Demands which they are Very clear and are open to all & fighting since 36 days in a big mass. An efficient and a self conscious Administrator in Power needs to speak up Publicly in front of the Protesting Doctors to initiate Justice, why secrecy ??? are you guilty??? if not speak out Publicly in the presence of the Doctors Protesting. They have been fighting For Justice for 36 days, they'll never yield to your cunning tricks, understand that fact and initiate sensible if your intentions are to meet and fulfill their Protesting Demands. Your irresponsible and cunning tricks can never fool or yield the Doctors who are Protesting for their Demands for as of 36th Day. Doctors keep raising voices until you are Justified the way you all want it to be done.👍🙏 We the People, For the People & of the People🙏🙏

@@biswajitbanik4679 That's not doc's fault, it is not their negligence, it is due to bad health infrastructure. Doc has provided documents that the patient was duly checked. TMC made it their political agenda. Why junior doctors to be responsible? They are not salaried, it is like blaming civic volunteers for failure in law management.

There are two options, either apologize for your derogatory statements and take neccessary action or resign. Because if she continues it will be an encouragement for perpratrators. It's a shame the doctors have to ask for toilets,restrooms in hospitals.All gets and lady staff have without exception need to have this across all hospitals across all states.Politicans give crores in free bees for their vote from taxpayers money.This is absolutely 1ssst priority.

This is an incident that should never have happened. However, all the media are focusing on Bengal. What about other states and the 12 job aspirants who died? No one talks about that because she never banned the internet. But when something very bad happened in Mumbai with the school children, that was hidden by all the media. We Bengalis are very good at adjusting to everything. Only one female CM is in the spotlight. No party is clean, but the media only focuses on Bengal. Did any of you say that the condition of government hospitals should be improved so that all poor people get good healthcare? No one ever thinks of others. No one cares about the women lying on the roadside. We should protest for good hospitals in all states, but we want something else. Media should stop all the ads when showing the news about this incident in Bengal. Did any media stop showing the ads? No. Dear Bengali friends, please talk to the media and ask them to stop all the ads or donate whatever they earned during this coverage to all the government hospitals.

Ordinary people in west bengal are sad and shocked at the incident at R G KAR hospital. U are speaking for yourself and your own propaganda. In west Bengal while junior doctors( post graduate trainee) are protesting ,all the senior doctors are running the hospitals. U have to understand that , the doctor was raped and murdered in her hospital while she was on duty and all the party people tampered the crime science. If you are in Kolkata come to the Kolkata protest site and you will learn what support of ordinary people is. It is easy to say anything sitting at your home. Or ,may be you have some hidden propaganda and you might be a beneficiary of corruption ( চটিচাটা)

You are absolutely correct. On 14th midnight it was a huge spontaneous protest . It has now degenerated to a bunch of folks who have no botheratipn about poor patients, have ever changing list of people they want to resign and refuse to resolve to dialog because of frivolous reasons like letter said dear Sir and not dear madam. Personally I have been supporting them , but after their shameful contempt of supreme court , I have difficulty believing this is not a political agenda driven disruption of public service

I guess this isn't a kind of positive feedback which can be considered as the need of the hour... Ordinary people are very much there... It's not about upper class or lower class dear... The doctors are very much at work, all the seniors are working day & night... Emergency is open too... The Junior doctors are also running Abhaya clinic so that the people don't have to suffer... I salute to the Junior doctors who are taking out enough time to come on the street apart from their work schedule.... Please don't blame them unknowingly or unnecessarily based on some media channels... Go in person and see the scenario... Some medical colleges like in Bankura are also showcasing their weekly charts of no. Of patients attended successfully to provide an evidence to a section of people who think that doctors don't work... Kindly support their movement.... They deserve respect and protection.... The one who was brutally raped and murdered was a doctor.... It is high time to raise the issues faced by doctors.... If they are safe, we are safe!
