I have to comment on the cedar story, as I am the chief conservation officer with CRDRP. There are technically three true cedars: Cedrus libani (Cedar of Lebanon), Cedrus deodora (Deodor cedar) and Cedrus atlantica (Atlas cedar). All are fairly common, but there is actually a fourth cedar, the rare blue Atlas cedar. If these were those, then yeah, really bad move on Bob's part.
