These older cars need to be preserved, even if it's just in HD video, so we can look back and see how far we've come- both for the better and fort the worst. It’s comments like this that make my day! This is one of the reasons I do this channel; a “digital” preservation of vehicles that once were! Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE reviewing the new stuff, and it’s important, but the cars of yesterday need preserved in some way, and this is my way of doing it. I just got mine, its a manual 4x4 i like it, its a land tractor. Its purpose is exactly as you stated, i have a new good gas milage car i drive most of the time, but i fish, ride quads, haul random things and thats what its for. So i found me a low mile truck, gonna put a couple grand in it at the shop next winter and have it like brand new. Does what i need, most ive towed was a car trailer once with a 5klb chevy truck on it, wasnt too bad wouldnt wanna be on the highway tho.
