“You magnificent bastard” she’s so real for that 😅🙂

Lets just take a moment to continue appreciating the fact that neill is on tumblr and knows our language and you called Michael/aziraphael as cinnamon roll creature

Magnificent bastard is a perfect way to describe Neil tbh

Writing is really, really hard work. It takes courage (to open yourself up to criticism), belief in oneself, tons of concentration, focus, and just perseverance. But Neil here really shows the payoff of writing--the same as it is for any artist--knowing the impact you have on people's thoughts and emotions. The joy and power of being a creator.

Aziraphale needed a hug the most at the end.

Michael Sheen has played some lovely characters though. Wilde and Bright Young Things come to mind. He's also not creepy as Tony Blair or as David Frost.. but I get his point, Aziraphale is the most precious.

Of course. He was so hurt and broken and had to put a brave face on it and pretend.

At first I was angry at him, for ditching everything he had learnt about "shades of grey" and going back to his black and white views of Heaven/good, Hell/bad mentality and for breaking our poor disaster puppy's heart. But then I watched again and saw the devastation on his face, in his eyes, and realised that the Metatron had subtly threatened them both. Possibly even directly (I think there was more of that conversation that we DIDN'T see) and he had to make the devastating choice between risking everything or protecting everything he loved. (Earth, humanity and most of all his soulmate) My heart breaks for them both. Neil, I hate you but I love you! Incredible writing! 💔

Okay, my murderous rage reading that quote out of context has dimmed to faint annoyance and appreciation. (Note that this is said with humour. Since apparently humanity is bad enough people actually expressed such rage to Neil. Which is insane. I genuinely hated Rowling for choices in the books, obviously still not going there! 0-o And this wasn’t, to me, an “author drama” or “can just have them not be killed” moment. Obviously there was a plot that needed following, but it was a true-to-character moment. And if you read even a little about what this world means to Neil and what he and Terry planned you know they’ll have their happy ending. Yeah, we all sobbed and suffered but it wasn’t for a bitter end. At most we all get to throw black confetti angrily at him. Suffer the glitter Neil, suffer it!)

Anyone who's seen Heartlands already knew that Michael is the cinnamoniest of cinnamon rolls. ❤

Everyone says aziraphale is a cinnamon roll but he has way more babka energy to me. Cinnamon babka, of course.

Thanks, now I want cinnamon babka. Do you think Azi is the 'still warm with some spiced tea' type or the 'leftover, sliced, toasted, and buttered' type?

I didi not like Jim. I did not care that he lost his memory. Gabriel is Gabriel and can never be trusted
@clarestubbs93032 ай бұрын
I liked Jim, I just hope he stays like that and doesn't go back to being Gabriel. Maybe falling for Beez has changed him? I really hope so! I'd like to see Jimbriel and Beez help our boys stop the second coming in season 3. I read a fanfic where they steal baby Jesus 2.0 to stop the second coming. That would be so cool! 😂❤️

I didn't really believe the Gabriel-Beelzebub connection. It seems too out of character for both and for Neil, for th a t matter. I keep wondering if it's a ploy, but lots of people tell me it's real. I'm stuck with Neil's standard answer: wait and see
