What happened to me is just at 6 weeks ago after following 8 years of following clean whole food plant based, in utter desperation at falling asleep face first into my plate of food WHILE EATING Since 2016!!! I posted an inquiry about insulin resistance. Bingo!!! Google pushed me nto a live Dr Berry Monday night feed. Today was the first time in 6 years I ate my OMAD, dared to venture out of house afterwards...drove myself to the store and home again and NO SIGN OF DURING MEAL FOOD COMA HAPPENING. COWABUNGA!!! Just sixishs weeks ago my go to roomy walking pants were size 22, now 6 are getting loose. Size 10 underoos to now size 6 being plenty roomy already. Inches did literally fall off overnight. Keep in touch for lots of really shocking labs to be shared. From one day to the next, I went from being vegan to eating a 1lb. of meat each day. Nothing could have prepared me for the most powerful positive physiological cell health ramifications which are stil being documented with testing. Not waking up with my face in my plate of half eaten food is beyond words. Grateful...Blessed...Answered Prayer. mo

I’ve been making my own keto nut granola because it’s so expensive! I’m on a very tight budget so i cut where I can. I mix cashews, pumpkin seeds, pecans, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, flaked coconut. Add about half cup of melted butter. Then toss it all in around half cup of erithritol and a tablespoon of cinnamon. Spread it out on a parchment covered pan. In a 350*F oven for 30-45 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Can cook longer if you like the taste of them well toasted. Let cool completely then break up and put it in a container.

I get too thin when I cut carbs too. I get most calories from meat, eggs, mayo, kefir and cottage cheese but then eat my magic spoon cereal, veggies and some fruits and peanut butter. I dont track but easily eat under 60 grams of carbs a day. I lose my period under 110 lbs so I aim to be 120-130 lbs which comes naturally if I eat this way (always eating to satiety). I used to carry a padded cushion everywhere because it hurt to sit from all the bones in my spine and hips bulging out. I much prefer the extra weight for comfort and my boyfriend definitely loves it!
