Hi Neisha, I don't know where we can request video topics for Ken to talk about but PLEASE ask him to make a video about valley fever. My dad has had it for years and is very sick. He is trying low carb right now and feels less tired but a whole video would be very helpful. He is one of the more worse cases where it's gotten into his lungs and he has to be on antifungal medication. If anyone sees this please do me a favor and like my comment so that maybe Neisha or Dr. Berry will see it. Please

If your Dad can be evaluated and treated by a functional medicine physician, go for it!! And having him transition to a full carnivore diet, rather than just low carb, will help too. (I’m battling chronic Lyme with the help of functional medicine and carnivore!)
@OllyAnder1 Жыл бұрын
@@rochellestark9767 I’d love for him to go see a functional medicine doctor but he’s not into stuff like that unfortunately 🤦🏻♀️😞 he entertained carnivore but then said it’s too boring and he can’t do it bc he needs more options that’s why he’s doing low carb but he eats a lot of stuff that isn’t low carb too.. I just want Ken Berry or Thomas DeLaur to put out a video on Valley Fever so my dad can have more guidance

There are so many contributing factors to gross motor movement from head size to inner ear development that it doesn’t seem like it would be related to mothers diet but who knows. Good Morning Neisha, Thank you for sharing your day with us. I will definitely try some of your recipes. I am an older viewer. We also had two babies less than two years apart. It was a challenge as you very well know. But, let me encourage you, with just as others have stated, you are doing such a good job!! My best advice is a great schedule. I know you already know this, but just to confirm this, I found out with our two boys that children and animals don't like change. The stronger the schedule the more your babies will thrive. My pediatrician told me this and as a very young Mother, whose husband was in the Navy, at this time, I took that advice and hung to it for dear life. This was back during the Vietnam war, so I was on my own for many years while my husband was out at sea. As our boys got older and we moved many times when they were growing up, I asked them what made them feel the best when we were moving so much. Both said their schedules!! Even if our environment changed, their schedules gave them a sense of comfort and peace. I know this does not apply to your circumstances but it works even if you never move. ❤ from GA

I am going to try the chicken skin idea. I only started three weeks ago and although I love chicken I found the fat too much for thighs. The extra volume made me queasy. With other meats I did not have this issue. I will try this and use the fat for other purposes. I did find it quite a paradigm shift not to drain fat off of my foods. Now I just pour it over the meat and eat.

I have been Keto for 1 1/2 years, leaning more towards Ketovore/Carnivore, however, I haven't really seen the benefits I wanted and I feel lost. I still suffer from ADD, Anxiety & Anger. I also have Gastritis (Ulcers) that have not healed or gone away & I am in pain almost daily. I did however get pregnant recently which is wonderful but my stomach is suffering. I finally quit coffee (it didn't seem to hurt me like other triggers but now it's out for good) I also cut out Tea and Cheese and cheat with sugar-free sweets way LESS often. Everything for gastritis says to avoid high fat and red meat and to eat high fiber but I know that goes against what you guys preach. I wanted to go to your live q&a last night but it never happened. I am thinking of taking Zinc Carnosine & Probiotics alongside my Vitamin D3 & Vitamin C Powder (Whole Food Based) ... I eat cleanly. Bacon eggs ground beef etc. Barely any veg. Now I am considering eating more Veg like lettuce and stuff because I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have suggestions for me? I don't want to live like this anymore.
