Hello! I'm Andy - a semi-professional singer-songwriter from the UK, based in Germany. I'm a solo artist as well as vocalist of a rock band. I also teach English Language at university level, and this semester, due to covid-19 restrictions forcing an online semester on us, I did a special online version of my course "The Language of Songwriting."
Alongside a bunch of songwriting challenges, part of the final project included the option of making a reaction/review video to a song that my students particularly enjoy, discussing what elements of the song(writing) are special to them. I never give out tasks I'm not willing to do myself, so I recorded one of my own (Ghost Love Score by Nightwish, also on my channel). I put it on KZbin for fun to see whether there was interest in this kind of video, and I was really pleasantly surprised at the positive responses! So I've gone ahead and made some more!
In contrast to the many wonderful reactors out there, I'm reviewing a song I already know well. My reactions, therefore, are not as spontaneous or sensational as those of professional reactors ;-) Would you like more? So now the five days of Nemo are over, a few questions have been coming in about my preferred version / ranking of the different versions! It's probably not going to get that big an audience if I do it, but if I made that video for my patreon channel (for the 1€ subscribers), would that be interesting to any of you? And which is YOUR preferred Nemo?

As a long looong term AC/DC fan I really love the Crewish version, I appreciate a lot their project to cover songs in a very different way, well done guys. Also Tim version is very refreshing, I like his rock voice, and as you said great job by the Marcel Fissler Band. My favourite version, probably the one I suggested to you last time, the Floor Muziekcafé live, so delicate and intimate one. If the choice is between these 5, probably the Tarja version, but it's hard to say, also the Floor live version is amazing.

Great reaction - sounds fun to do a review/reaction to Crewish version - the guys really did a great job of covering 2 bands at the same time with each songs - NW for the lyrics part and another band for the music part (like AC/DC for Nemo). Tim said he wanted to make the song a more radio eatable length so he had to speed it up!

Crewish - Yes, not many people have looked at the whole album. Beste Zangers - Plenty of people have looked at the series with Floor in but another view is always going to get a look-in.

Crewish is fun. Sleeping Sun, Rammstein style... Amaranth became a reggae... I only wish they released more music.

All the songs are actually really good on Crewish. But it took couple times to listen them to hear the actual musical quality. Tim is great singer/songwriter, i like his way to create. But.... like there is nothing to complain about his version and music is absolutely great but.... redo any nightwish song.... i wonder if anyone can do it same way as nightwish does.
