excellent haul my friend! a nice variety of themes & brands to add to your collection. also, your method of transportation looks very efficient and secure; it is quite an accomplishment to travel such a long distance with so many signs! thanks for sharing! 👍

Great video and a nice new addition to your collection! Two questions that came to my mind: a) Did you disconnect the wires from the not working palm tree of the Budweiser sign to make the rest of the sign light up or does the sign still light up with a not working tube in the circuit? If the second option is true, how can a tube without working gas discharge conduct electricity and close the circuit? b) Does the upper tube of the Y on the Michelob Dry sign consist of one horizontal tube that is optically divided into two by a thin line of blockout paint?

Hi Max, 1) the broken palm tree would just leave the whole sign flicker very dimly (maybe 5% of brightness; current flowing through the air; an electronic transformer would most likely turn off). So yes I jumpered across the broken tube to make the rest of the sign light up in full. 2) correct, above the Y and below the RY, they saved some bends and just brushed on blockout to separate.

@@NeonSignStuff Thank you for your response and explanations! - Oh, and if you would allow me to ask you this: Talking about lemonades made of cola and orange soda: What kind of brand would be your favorite in that area? Mezzomix itself?

@@maxmuster3297 i'd say just mix cola and fanta, but they taste different in other countries... where are you at?

@@NeonSignStuff I'd recommend Mischmasch by Fritz-Kola. :)
