Not bad. Tip: For whatever reason, the SS viseme doesn't get linked up when you do set it as an avatar. As a result, you'll look weird when doing words with that sound. It's easy to fix, but requires an extra minute in the dev tool to remedy. Also another tip: All Ready Player Me avatars also have face tracking support, which Neos DOES pick up if you select 'Setup Face Tracking' during the avatar creation process. That part runs fairly well.
