I am from nepal myself and currently living and commenting on this video from Australia.. i have been here for like nearly five years and its been like a hell of the days living life here and missing my own place..having grown up in the same place like these I personally really really miss and appreciate where I’ve been grown up. People don’t appreciate the life they are living up there because of lack of money or opportunities but if you have it, it’s really what you need in life to get the peace. Can’t wait to back home and to my own room awaiting. Thanks for the lovely video guys. Really appreciate it❤️

Thats how we make Dahl. It is cooked in pressure cooker which soften the lentils to dissolve into water. Thats why Nepalese dahl looks bit watery when it is hot and tastes better. If you leave your dahl to coll down you will then find how thick they are but not goot on tastes!

24:20 The thing is.. when pouring daal.. The lentils get settle at the bottom so you don't get much of it.. They should use a utensil to rotate the stuff in the daal and then pour it.. Then you get the lentils.. To get thick daal.. They need to use less water or more lentils.. Its good but very thick daal is useless.
