@kazumablackwing42702 жыл бұрын
It's still a thing in Skyrim..it's just nowhere near as fleshed out, though it is easier to get higher damage, since you can disenchant the wraps of the pugilist, and there's a heavy armor perk that applies the armor value of your gauntlets to unarmed damage
@toko099o2 жыл бұрын
@@kazumablackwing4270 I don't count this and you shouldn't too. The skill trees in skyrim let using different weapon types have more stuff to them and it would have been interesting to see how unarmed could have been worked in. The fact that Fallout has had more interesting unarmed combat then the fantasy version of the game says a lot. When the combat boils down to "I can increase the damage a bit" that is a back of engine number change that has little care put into it. I have always found it strange that there are quite a few take down animations despite having one enchantment, one perk, and one background increase to damage. I haven't touched skyrim in a while, but the last time I did I used a mod to add unarmed into the game and found that there were just as many unarmed take downs as any other weapon type.

Years ago me and my cousin were messing around with Oblivion and created a Khajitt with the intention of becoming the champion of the arena. We made him orange, named him Tony the Tiger and later we collected some sort of ice unarmed attack and deemed them his "frosted fists".

Actually a rad intro. Always enjoy watching someone play a game they genuinely want to play. Wish I had some chips or popcorn to settle in with.

Would love to see you do this with all guild quest's and DLC!

I just went through the Kvatch section again earlier today and it was hilarious how some of the guards kept getting killed by friendly fire from the archers in the back. Then someone would hit Martin and he would go medieval on the guards.

I'd love to see you abuse the enchanting system in this game. Really see just how far you can take it.

When I was a kid, I made an ork hand to hand character for the arena, thinking it would be a pointless character, only to then "speedrun" the arena and game with him.

Oh my god grabbing that shortsword in the arena got a chuckle out of me

Love the Oblivion runs! I don’t even want to see a challenge video, I just want to see you get overpowered and play a lot of the side quests and the game in general :)

Hey Nesbit. Can you beat Oblivion, whilst being chased by the Adoring Fan?

Little tip with those vampires, fight them in the day time and lure them outside the cave and fight them in the sunlight.

Without mods at release, playing monk would completely wreck humanoids and daedra but fighting regular beasts and bears that level with you would take so long because of their high endurance.
