You almost had it, actually, in the final run. The nominal temperature for the core is 360 degrees, and you should really only ever need the top 5% of the rods for safe operation. Run at 95% to reach temperature, then adjust slowly as needed to keep it right around 360. Typically with the single loop setup (What you have, with only one pump and such) you will end up in a stable state somewhere around 98.5 - 99.5 on the control rods. The pressurizer needs to stay around 160 degrees, it keeps the reactor under pressure so that the "kettle" doesn't boil over. Think of it like a pressure cooker. You can control the temperature by turning the heaters on and off, however once the core is at operating temp, you shouldn't need heaters anymore (theoretically). As you adjust coolant flow to generate steam on that side of things, you will need to adjust rods up and down a few tenths of a percent to keep in nominal pressures. I highly recommend the videos by GamingWithTheHacketts, as he demonstrates very well how to safely play with this reactor, and also how to blow it up as fast as possible. (Override the safety controls and extract the fuel from the core when it's hot)
