After some quick googling and a bit of math (not great at that last one,) I've come to the rough estimate that a human body would be reduced to paste at around 100 Gs of force. This, by the way, includes EVERYTHING. Bone, organs, tissue, the whole works. If you're okay with some skeletons being left over then you'd need far less than that...however, what isn't being taken into account with this is the *amount* of time exposed. That matters a ton, since an IndyCar driver once experienced over 200 Gs for less than a second during a crash and survived. Being exposed to 36 lateral Gs and 49 vertical Gs for the minute-long duration of Twister, I Hardly Know her...could be survivable. Not likely, but it wouldn't be unheard of. To really get that red mist effect, you'd want a much longer duration. I'm only looking at Gs here, by the way. I don't think you need me to tell you that taking that spiral at 49 Gs would cause your insides to go on an adventure to the outside.
