That last sticky candy with the chopsticks? I think you are supposed to get a blob on the chopsticks then mix it around until it changes color. The texture is then like a soft taffy. You twirl it around and around on the chopsticks until the color lightens.

That's a Venousaur, you were close but that's the third Pokemon evolution of Bulbasaur. Ivysaur, the one you mentioned is the second evolution of Bulbasaur.
