Jackie has said in her most recent lives that Sika is doing well they just live really far from each other now so they can't do videos together anymore (and I am assuming when Sika does come to visit her they rather just spend time together than sit in front of a camera) ❤So yeah, she is doing well, she just lives far away :D

When an art kit claims to be "mess-free", it usually means "the mess won't reach your table/desk" instead of there being no mess at all. It's a technical truth at best, but apparently art supply companies operate on fae rules or something.

Hamleys is not common in the UK, there's just a well known giant one in London! They're also well known for being quite expensive, so they had probably raised the price of it too 😢

To be fair to Crayola about the final paint set.. the price of that in every one of the stores I checked was £14-15. £15 is the recommended Crayola price. Hamleys is INSANELY overpriced and is like a luxury store "experience". But the item does also look crap haha

Also Hamleys is a very expensive high market toy shop, things are always over priced in there, even common things like crayons, so these crafts kits can be got a lot cheaper.

I have the spin and spiral art station with the two separate stations. We love the spinning part, but the spiral part is hard to keep in the grooves as shown when you tried to go free hand on the one you have. The "ink" is basically watered down finger paint. We used the spinning thing so much that we ran out of the provided ink. So I mixed my own and we had more color options.

22:56 Jackie, I think the black notches and the blue one may be there to help you lift it up so you can take the paper off. That’s why I believe they didn’t give you a tool, but your way works too ha😅. Also because you’re spinning it so fast, that’s why there’s more missed spots because the paint is flying straight out before it gets to settle. I believe you had this issue with another kit years ago. If you could move it yourself, it would be the same as any other spirograph though lol.

The first one is actually really good you just need to put more creativity in it haha, try spinning the paper after you're done with the pendulum, ever seen those paintings made from the same technique, they were reallyy good, and the last one maybe you just need to wet your brush before dripping it in the sponge nevertheless it still trash compared to what you paid for haha

U know wat Jackie...u can also use the markers on the spinning thing...u can move them from outer point towards the centre or vice versa...or even put them on a spot, pick up n place somewhere else..makes concentric circles... something similar to how the colour clay pots

I know on streams youve said Sika lives far away so doing vids together is hard.But it also opens up video call chaos potential. You could find a craft kit or activity that has the instructions online, and have her have the instructions and try to verbally guide you on how to do the activity, and see how close to correct it turns out.
