It's especially weird that you have the Slime Sprayers in scenes in the game where the Ghostbusters didn't have them in the movie, those being the Van Horne Pneumatic Line, the courthouse, & the underground railroad. They didn't use the Slime Sprayers until they got to the Statue of Liberty in the movie.

I can't believe the Statue of Liberty segment takes up literally half the game.. It just goes on and on and on, and it's not particularly fun either. I never got past it as a kid, hell I'm surprised I even got that far.

Here is something they messed up on was that in the Court stage you are playing Winston, and in the subway it is Egone, Shouldn't it be the other way around? I mean Winston didn't fight the ghost in the Courtroom in the Movie and in the subway Winston was the one that got spooked the most.

The biggest flaw this game has, if I remember correctly, is that you can't pause meaning you can't put the game on hold to take a piss. I guess they had arcade in mind while everyone else input the godsend of gaming in all of their games. That is the pause button. Nobody likes to start all the way to the beginning just because you can't pause and you extremely want to jump to the bathroom or any important business you want to take care of.

No "Cutscene" of Vigo, Baby Oscar crying in his grasp, saying: "Now we become one"?? For that matter, no Dana or baby Oscar at all??? I *Do* - and Will - give Activision credit for improving the sound of the Ghostbusters theme, having some slight musical variety, and keeping - at the start at least - true to the movie. But that's it. No, I'm not speaking from experience; I never had this on nes as a child. I'm speaking from watching this very video.

I always wondered why my European version was called "New Ghostbusters II". Well, that was the HAL Laboratories version; in the US there already was this. By Activision. And my oh my, the Americans got screwed. This is so bad! Looks like an early NES game, the player shoots green slime instead of proto-beam and no end boss battle? Ridiculous.
