something i've noticed about nessa, is that she always blames herself for feeling a certain way. whether it's literally mourning over the death of her closest friend, or attempting to end her life - she always points the finger back to her, and either gets embarrassed or angry at herself for reacting to her situations. It's clear that the years of cruel and unimaginable things said to her by the internet, has taken its toll on her. and I genuinely hope that she's found a sense of peace and love for herself within this superb album. She deserves nothing but love and healing, and i have endless amounts of respect for her 🤍

Its absolutely beautiful and I'm so glad she found God. 🙏🖤✌ I'm glad she is in a space that she feels like she *can* put her raw emotion on paper, then out to us. We *can* relate. A lot of us can. All art is open to interpretation. But Nessa really, truly shows what she wants you to see. She's so honest without trying to hide it with off lyrics. It's pure honesty. I love it.

if there’s another young person listening to this who is experiencing grief, please hear me out- Yes, parts of you can die with that person.. but why do those parts have to die with them at all? “Energy can neither be created nor destroyed”. I lost my sister & grandma suddenly/violently when I was 17, then as time’s gone on I’ve lost friends to od’s and family to illness- and in that moment between death and healing, there’s a constant reminder/realization that death and tragedy have the ability to take absolutely everything away from your spirit, you can freeze in time there or you can make the decision that even if it hurts and you don’t feel like it- you WILL move forward and you will learn and be better because of it. It’s not fair- but you can. I don’t know much about Nessa and came here because I enjoy Zach’s interviews, but wow my heart hurts for this sweet girl, but I so deeply hope she also overtime and healing can find the perspective that we allll have pain, and society has always been tough- but we didn’t progress with negativity and pessimism- we need to keep fighting the good fight, and we need to believe it can change- even if we have no reason to believe that.

When Nessa started talking about her mental hospital experiences, I related so much. I went in for a suicide attempt as well and they did not care about me at all. There was no therapy like she said. They basically just watched me. As someone who attempted suicide, we shouldn’t be placed in the same place as people that have homicidal tendencies. Speaking from my experience, I was threatened in the hospital by two people to be killed. The whole point of me being admitted was to keep me safe and ALIVE and meanwhile I’m getting threatened to be stabbed and choked. Rehabilitation centers and hospitals need to actually care about their patients. I had to learn how to take care of myself because no one else would.

I’m taking therapy, medication, am a psych major (which should help me understand myself) and still sometimes it feels pointless and hopeless to try. It feels like no matter what I do my brain wants to rot my body and life. She’s so amazing she’s really admirable, I know she’s made stupid mistakes but I’m proud of her for learning and growing even with how hard it is with mental illness. wow, i am speechless. nessa has such a genuine soul. i never realized how much we have in common until now. i understand her so much and it really helps to know that we’re not alone. i love when people tell their story, especially social media influencers because i’m always thinking that they have the perfect life because they never have to worry about money or other things but listening to her open up about mental health has really helped me so much. it makes me realize that everyone goes through something and materialistic things do not make you happy. i love nessa. she has inspired me in so many different ways. she has made such a positive impact in this world and i love how much she’s grown over the past few years. i suffer from depression and anxiety and i have been in the mental hospital. it honestly sucked because they think it helps but it actually just makes things so much worse. you’re basically thrown into an empty room and away from the outside world so it makes it easier to think about all of your problems. it doesn’t help at all. i never wanna go back but i love this interview of her. she’s so open about everything and she’s definitely helped a lot of people. i hope she finds healing and learns to love herself because i definitely know how it is to be your biggest hater and i still struggle with it but it definitely takes time to better yourself. she’s definitely come a long way. i’m so proud to see her growth. she’s doing a great job. she is very beautiful inside and out. i love her so much. i would love to meet her in person. she seems like the nicest person and she’s so misunderstood. i wish people would actually listen to her and realize that she means no harm despite the mistakes she’s made. she’s learned a lot from them and everybody makes mistakes but society sucks. everyone judges everybody when they don’t even know them personally and it’s so sad. she has made a huge impact on my life and i’m beyond happy that she’s still here. she is such a blessing, truly. i pray that she continues to be strong and keeps doing what she’s doing. i pray that she finds healing within herself because she has such a beautiful soul and i know one day she will notice that.

How respectful Zach is to Nessa Barrett I'm so proud hear her whole situation about what's going on in her life. I'm so happy she is okay and doing well she deserves everything and it makes me cry to think that there is still hope for eveything after everything I have experienced but I just wanted to say thank you so much Zach and Nessa for giving me hope in my life. Thank you ❤

wow.. listening to this really made me self-reflect on my life, listening to her speak about her struggles really hit close to me. I am so happy that Nessa is working on herself and I'm glad she was able to find a therapist that she connects with. I really do feel for her and I hope that one day she is able to find self-love. the world can be a cruel place but having a strong support system will help so much. Zach is so sweet and I could tell that he is an amazing friend.

I am not a fan of anyone but xxxtentacion and now of nessa. I don't easily feel connected or obsessed-ish with stars, vips and so on.. But she is so captivating, authentic and inspiring. How can someone be so incredible? I like her music but don't really listen to it but damn her personality or the glimpse we get to see from it!! I think I am more a fan of her personality and mindset; her music and talent is just a big plus. Nessa if you are reading this you are such a likable person, it seems. I wish you all the best, keep continuing your dreams, because you are soo inspiring and healing others 🌠🤍

Nessa deserves every bit of love she gets. I hope she learns to love and accept herself. She’s such a genuine person and I just wish she could see herself the way so many of us do. She is so admirable and her music is amazing. I relate to her so much and I’m glad she has a platform. She has no idea how good her music is. It’s so powerful and extremely well produced. This interview was so raw and amazing. ❤

I wish this beautiful soul could see herself through her fans eyes. She is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful, talented, and sooo chill. She handles all this so well. I have borderline personality disorder too and it’s pretty cool someone with the platform she has is so open about her disorder. It’s so hard to talk about having borderline personality disorder in public or in general. We don’t expect anybody to understand it because we can’t even understand ourselves. 😂❤
