Brigerton is okay. It's a pretty vacuous show and extremely centered on romance, (it kinda reads like a Jane Austen fanfic, lol) but it's a fun enough show and it's worth watching for Nicola imo, since she's so good in it. It's a great watch if you're into bodice rippers.

As someone who has a knack for imitating accents/dialects (a hobby cultivated by consuming *a lot* of British and Australian television for a girl who grew up in East Texas - Scouse is my favorite), I LIVE for these videos where professional actors showcase the different accents they can do. The way Nicola so effortlessly toggles between all of them is so damn fun to listen to and impressive to boot! 👏🏼 Love her!

Me too! Ever since I saw a production of "My Fair Lady" in fifth grade, I've been trying to learn different accents. It's embarrassing sometimes, though. I now pick up accents so easily that if someone I'm conversing with has a real Southern twang or Yorkshire accent, I'll start talking like them, and they think I'm making fun of them. 🤭

I definitely noticed the voice change from season 1 and 2 to 3 and I really love that Nicola thought so deeply about it. She’s quite squeaky and innocent in season 1, a little less in season 2 but you can totally hear the difference in season 3 now.
