Yeah that was the main issue ppl had when it first came out. That 18 of 20 was too much. Looking back I agree. I should have made it 12 or 15. As always, hindsight is 20/20

They kindof have to, consider 2.75g almost killed the other deathworlder, so its very likely most species are used to less than 0.5g. Humans living amongst them would suffer serious muscle atrophy if they don't spend time in higher gravity. So a few hours a week in 2.75g will make up for spending prolonged periods of time in lower gravity. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the humans had been given their own habitation area with artificially increased gravity too, or there was some kind of wearable gravity equipment for humans to increase the gravity we feel. Not just to stop us having medical issues, but to actively keep us from hurting others, in lower gravity our movements would be much too fast, and our bodies so dense a slap on the back would be like getting hit, by a truck. Basically we'd be suffering from been Superman until we learnt restraint, and God forbid we forgot. Also any equipment for us to use would need to be massively reinforced, we would be heavy. The counter however is we would be shorter than most species and much thinner. Lower gravity allows larger bodies as it requires far less energy to support them and pump around vital fluids.

Depends on what scale they are using to measure the Gs. 2.75 Earth gravity wouldn't be good for us. 2.75 GDC standard gravity well you need something to help maintain muscle mass in low gravity environments.
