I think a lot of the conflict came from the fact Evil Neuro's name is well... Evil Neuro, when working off a knowledge base of nothing it makes sense that they'd default to being antagonistic Once they actually met the AIs had real data to base their responses on, resulting in them interacting a lot more naturally, and becoming progressively nicer. Hell before that point I'm like 90% sure all Neuro knew was that her sister existed, and every time Evil was brought up she just made stuff up.

My guess, based solely on what Vedal said and how he was acting, is he didn't want to teach them the things people were being banned over. You know, for the same reason many parents don't want to swear around their kids, and will spell out certain words instead of saying them when kids are present.

You know this segment is a pain in the ass and not really good. Vedal just ends up being annoying thank God the twins is there to make me feel entertained. Reason is that if you don't want the twins to know certain bad words then just explain it the abstract way like "his chat is so cringe", "this guy is baiting you guys on saying nonsense", or this guy feels like a kid". See that's an easy way to still make the twins answer to ban or not and also make vedal not annoying by stuttering to much

I wouldn't exactly be supportive of unbanning such people... But if Vedal puts this as a subathon goal, he is using the viewers' expectations for this segment to earn money. He is leveraging viewers' expectations (which were based on last year's subathon) for subs. Then he makes it one of the shittiest segments ever. No choice actually given to the twins. Extremely grumpy throughout. Why would you sell a product if you aren't willing to make one? It was his idea to do this segment to begin with. My favourite part is when he says at 12:15 : "We can't just let people say what they want, because it's very bad for the brand, it's very bad for you guys, and um sometimes there are younger people in this audience too okay so you got to think about them" As if he wasn't streaming all the said inappropriate messages for money, to his audience of thousands, including the said younger people.
