Can lactic acid from a good pump create delayed muscle soreness, or is soreness always from muscle damage? Thanks for the great content.

1A 1B : Myofibrillar hypertrophy 2B : Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy 2A : Both

No, more like 2B is myofibular, and type 1 is sarcoplasmic

Im pretty sure I'm type 2b , I'm can put on size but it's always full pumped looking size , I can never get that hard lean look , even if I lift heavier lower weights . Any suggestions for achieving this look ? Or am I destined to just look pumped ?

for a 2b who would like to do a martial art, combat sport or self defense. which would correspond to him the + knowing that the explosive work is not made for them?

2B should follow classic split, according to Christian(from neurotype training) the first best split is: 5 workouts per week: 1.Chest/Bicep, 2. Quads, 3. Back/tricep, 4. Shoulders/traps/rear delts, 5. Posterior Chain, 4 workouts per week: 1. Chest/Bicep, 2. Lower Body, 3. Back/tricep, 4. Shoulders/traps/rear delts

Rich Piana was 2 B. Lee Haney 2B..."Stimulate don't Annihilate" ... many other, maybe even a very high percentage... IFBB Pros, are 2B.

His father is a psychologist who studies neurotypes, I think they worked together on it.

I was wondering the same thing. After watching this video, I was about to take to google to start fact checking this. If it turns out to be legit, then I’m very excited to start experimenting based on all of this.
