Dear sam Still we are in light speed subject and Einstein's laws thru previous videos. If creation, it should be any reason for its unit. otherwise it will be a creator to stand without reason. So the light is creation of particle. If emit photon from one begin to other end travel either external atraction or inbuilt velocity to reach its particular distance at particular time.? Meanwhile the light speed is constant. Is it with reason or without reason? Sorry sam again there is question? If ok please clarify, otherwise neglect this comment.

Interesting thought. I am not sure whether there is a reason or without reason. But thats how the nature works. Somethings are mysterious in the values of Physical constants. We just accept as it is. No one can tell answer for the question 'why' :)

Dear Mr Sam, people are mixing up the wave particles of wave crests with its own constant uniformity with the varying speed of mechanical physical particles. Though both can interact physically, the wave particles are non-conserved when the physical mechanical particle are conserved and non destructible. The speed of light can be taken as the un-surpassable speed by any other physical particles. It is a visual utility commodity to form the images with its necessary parameters. It's hiegh speed But cannot be claimed as the Universal's upper speed limit in non- physical cosmic field entanglements level.

Good question. In video at 17:45, check the x-axis. Its not a time delay. Its the difference in time measurement (delta time). In the case of ICARUS, the difference in time is zero whereas in OPERA, it is around 60 ns. Am sorry if I made unclear statement in the video. Hope it helps :)
